Dar Al Aayan Contracting appointed for AED 425m Dubai luxury real estate project.


AMIS Properties-the high-end real estate developer in Dubai-has appointed Dar Al Aayan Contracting to execute the main construction work of its much-anticipated Woodland Residences project. The AED 425 million ($115.7 million) project will be developed within Meydan, Dubai’s District 11, and will mark a key addition to the emirate’s portfolio of luxury developments.


Woodland Residences Receives Overwhelming Demand

AMIS Properties revealed the project Woodland Residences in January 2024, and by the end of the week, the whole development was sold. The focus was on the technical capabilities of the contractors involved and, importantly, the quality of work they were offering to ensure that it was a contractor that could meet these very high standards set for this landmark development.
